This allows the doctor to develop a precise treatment plan for each patient. The determined maximum starting dose can be used to optimize the overall course and success of therapy. At the same time, you can reduce unwanted side effects while the treatment dose remains effective. The photosensitivity test is therefore suitable for pre-planning UV home therapy applications, among other things.
